The Missouri Annual Conference has partnered with Coaching4Clergy to establish a coaching culture in Missouri. Laity and clergy are regularly offered a chance to experience Basic Coach Training, known as BCT, and to use those skills within their congregation or with other individuals.

On May 6-7, we're offering another Basic Coach Training session alongside an opportunity to take one or two next level courses to sharpen your coaching skills. Coaches of the Missouri Annual Conference are expected to take a BCT before any upper level courses. You may select between one and three coaching modules over the two-day event. If you're interested in applying for MKI coaching, you would benefit from these two next level programs.

COST AND HOUSING

The event cost includes materials and lunches. Lodging is available at an additional cost for the night of May 6, 2019. Please register and pay for lodging by April 15, 2019, to be included in our room block at the Hilton Garden Inn, 3300 Vandiver Dr., Columbia, Missouri, 65202.

In this course, we will learn what resiliency is, how it differs from perfectionism, how it is connected to our core values, why it matters in ministry, how God calls us to be resilient, and coaching practices you can use today to increase your resiliency and support others to do the same.
