Starting March 23, 2020 the Southwest District Office will be working virtually from home and coming in to collect mail as needed. This is following the conference guidelines. Our office will continue to operate within our normal hours Monday through Thursday, just remotely. The Southwest District staff will still be able to receive and respond to emails, get mail on a weekly basis, and check the voicemails daily.
If you need a question answered, email will be the quickest way.
For phone calls, please call the Southwest District Office, this will transfer into one of the staff's phones, leave a message if no one answers and from there we will be able to give you a call back. Any meetings that were scheduled in person will be via phone, Zoom or GoTo. Any specific meetings will be notified of any transitions or changes.
